You don’t understand the situation. The administration, the presidency, is not trying to shut down any one TV show. What you failed to understand is that local TV station broadcast FCC licenses require that the local TV station broadcast in the public interest. When a presenter on a local TV station broadcast is blatantly spreading lies that foment political division and potentially unrest, that is not in the public interest. Another thing not in the public interest is 90% negative content against one particular party.
What is unconstitutional is the Biden administration telling Facebook and Twitter to shut down conservative accounts and censor other conservative content from appearing online.
