Jimmy told a national lie saying the shooter was a maga conservative.

He did that on live ABC television, which is owned by Disney.

Disney fired Jimmy, not the first amendment.

Kimmel wasn’t murdered by Conservatives, Whites, MAGA or any one on the right
Kirk WAS murdered by a college indoctrinated furry transgender lover who, despite being college educated, was stupid enough to leave a digital trail Stevie Wonder could track.

There are significant differences. Jimmy Kimmel‘s statements were broadcast on local TV stations which possess FCC licenses. Charlie Kirk either makes his statements in person or over his Internet rumble broadcast. Kirk’s statements are not governed by any FCC regulation. Jimmy Kimmel‘s are on FCC licensed local TV stations, which are bound to broadcast in the best interest of the public. Jimmy Kimmel has broadcast blatantly political lies, which does not serve the public interest.

ABC/Disney/Comcast can still broadcast Jimmy Kimmel show over the Internet.

Nobody has the right to lie and defame anybody. First amendment rights do not cover Jimmy Kimmel’s blatant lie that the shooter was MAGA.

The difference? Jimmy Kimmel didn’t get murdered, Charlie Kirk did. Also JK also draws less of a crowd the CK.
