It’s not an oversimplification. Kids are killing kids. People go ballistic because they got a small fry instead of a large fry at McDonald’s. Road rage shootings because somebody made a mistake driving. NFL players spit on their opponents. Kids get shot in the back for ringing the doorbell at night.

I agree that those horrible things happen, I'm just saying that calling it evil is a pretty broad term and doesn't address the many underlying factors involved in those behaviors. Why did one kid kill another? Why did that driver flip out and road rage on another? Why did the person at McDonald's go crazy over their order being wrong?

It's easy to look at their behavior and say it's bad (which it is) but is it because of untreated mental health issues or they're going through something emotionally stressful and draining? Or maybe they really are just a horrible person. We need need to dig deeper on these things to try to figure out what can be done to prevent them in the future.

Pedophiles are evil. Are you going to justify their behavior per your last paragraph?

America doesn't have a gun problem. We love guns. We have a lunatics problem and the left refuses to solve it.

It seems to be a lack of personal responsibility and suffering consequences for ones actions against society.

I don't see the Right doing anything to solve it.

We keep trying to say we need better security at schools but the Left says "no thatll make it a prison"
We keep saying "we need to focus on strengthening and empowering families so they can be coser" and the Left says "no just give them drugs, they'll be fine."
We keep saying "maybe sexually grooming children and mutilating them is a bad idea and we should leave them alone until they're 21 if they want to transition" and the Left says "no you're hateful if you don't let us castrate children and make lots of money off of it"
The right seems to the ONLY side trying to solve it and the Left is not only getting in the way, but actively murdering people for calling them out.

That data is 10 years out of date. I could show you data from decades ago that Italians were behind most of the murders in Chicago.
