Can we finally talk about armed guard at schools? Can we finally protect our children the way we protect our money and our politicians and our celebrities?

Well we try having this conversation but it goes nowhere. The only position(s) the left can hold is
1. Everyone everywhere must give up all rights incase 1 person in a country of 350,000,000 does something at any point in time
2. Killing the kids is fine just as long as they're not born yet
3. Mentally ill people should be free and treated as equal and left unattended in public because they're not 'mentally Ill' they're (insert stupid liberal term here..)
4. Criminals should be empathised with and be protected at all costs and not received punish in any meaningful sense
5. Single parent households, demographics, political positions and sexual ideology should not ever be taken into account...unless it fits the preconceived narrative

it's liberals who are pushing for increased funding for mental healthcare and conservatives always shoot it down and think it's unimportant. And then when mentally ill people don't get the treatment they need they sometimes act out violently, and conservatives are confused as to why they weren't being treated for their mental illness. Hmmmmmmm

More lies. Nobody is forcing gender surgeries on children. And pushing mentally ill people into asylums isn't the flex you think it is. They need actual treatment, not to be locked away and ignored. Plus it was Reagan who closed the asylums in the 80s anyway

Children don't have the power of attorney to make those decisions until they are 18. So any of them getting that kind of surgery is an adult forcing them to.
Asylums provide mental illness treatment, while also keeping them and the general public out of any danger. I agree they would need to be carefully monitored to make sure they were doing their jobs.
