Chicken and egg question. Good point. Billionaires tend to be innovators, but lots of millionaires become wealthy through government contracts. The Military Industrial Complex is a good example. Another would be the pharaudical businesses. Lots of folks are influencing government policy for their own benefit.

DOGE exposed only the tip of the iceberg. There is so much corruption in our government.
