I don't know why everybody panics these things in fake world, it's not like we haven't been through this a gazillion times this year.
A judge declares Trump's latest illegal act to be illegal, says it should be halted but halts the halt pending further review, then Trump is told that it's clearly illegal and unconstitutional and that he's being a very naughty lad and he should refrain from doing it again but they'll let him slide this time and continue doing it because he already started doing it.
