Texas is 2nd only to California in number of illegals, and only slightly so, surprising given the population number differences. You'd be surprised what other states are in the top 10. And it's not only densely populated states - rural states have quite a bit of illegal alien padding within their populations as well, just the numbers are smaller in keeping with their overall(smaller) population numbers.

I mean... since you're bringing questions of RINO/not RINO into it and real republicans are all about rule-of-law, law and order, it *should* follow that you'd be hardline opposed to the notion of a POTUS having the power to override/negate the Constitution with an Executive Order, that you'd live in mortal terror of the danger such would pose to the Rights of the individual, fight tooth and nail against a Congress which uses unlawful E.O.s as an excuse to pass Constitution-abrogative legislation.

Checks and balances, a tri-part government. A Constitutional Republic rather than a mob rule Democracy. So far the system has worked.
