However, let's answer your question. And to start: I don't know, I wasn't privy to their decisions. BUT there are 3 really possible answers.

1) Biden (and maybe Hunter) are all in those files. Along with tons of Democrats. And they didn't release the files because it would destroy the party. Also, all of their donors were in it too.

2) Garland was bad at being an AG. He was too cautious and thought too much about how cases would be perceived by the public.

3) It was an active investigation, and until this Trump term, the DoJ didn't comment on active investigations.

If it was 1, then all the more reason to release the files right now.
If it was 2, then all the more reason to release the files right now.
If it was 3, then all Bondi had to say was "this is an active investigation, and we don't discuss those."

But she didn't say that.

We also know that she had 1000+ FBI agents working in 24 hour shifts in the first 2 weeks of March go through those "nothing" files to flag anything with Trump's name. We know that in May, AG Bondi had a meeting with Trump and told him 1) you're in the files. 2) there's A LOT of video and images of little girls being raped. (you know, child porn).

And we know that she put out a Press Release that there was nothing to see. No crimes. No blackmail. Nothing. Move along.

And we know that Trump keeps throwing things out there like Obama Treason, Hillary Emails, and the files don't exist, the files do exist but they're fake, the files do exist, they're fake BUT THEY WERE WRITTEN BY OBAMA BACK IN 2008.

With this latest version being picked up by MAGA that the files are planted by Obama/Biden and clearly fake showing that no, you can't pay attention. Because if you were paying attention you would see his shifting story. You would note that the files don't exist, but now they do and they're fake. And written by Obama. And the reason he stopped being besties with Epstein because Epstein hit on Ivanka, then because they fought over a real estate deal, and now because Epstein kept hiring girls out of his spa and Trump told him to stop and he didn't.

So, no. You can't pay attention to all that because you have to post memes about a man and a woman who haven't been in politics for almost a decade now.
