Why he or any remaining Founders didn't get the local militia, march right up to the Supreme Court and arrested the Justices that vote 'yes' to give themselves that power in 1803 is beyond me.

What'a the point in being President Of The United States if your actions can be overruled so easily?

Part of me wonders if the Judge told everyone in the backrooms she's going to overrule the vote so everyone can pretend to 'appeal to their constituents' by voting accordingly

I mean voting for something your voters want while secretly NOT wanting it and knowing its not going to pass anyway, seems very much in line with congress and the senate.

Preemptive ruling by a judge before any of the evidence/facts or lawyers can appear in court. . .that's a whole crap ton of unethical and unconstitutional. . .and of course Obama/Soros judge don't care about those things. . .
