No, it's the latest attempt to get the evidence presented to the grand jury. Looks like the request was flubbed in an sloppy amateurish request from the DOJ, like they wanted it to fail. the judge is giving them a second chance though.

The Epstein Flight Log and Epstein Client lists aren't on a sheet of paper each with a basic list of names. They're assembled from a pile of notes and testimony.

Either that assertion is true or it is not. You can't quote it, so therefore it means it does not exist as a truth.

Basically everybody with assets in the seven digits + or a job above dog catcher is connected to Epstein. Doing some digging, and you'll probably find out that the Dalai Lama has links to Epstein. Although to be fair, that guy (Dalai) has links to anybody that has any remote celebrity connections.
