Not sure what that has to do with 9/11, except that the year prior, a bunch of invited Iranian diplomats and journalists were blown up in a meeting the Taliban had invited them to for peace treaty purposes. Iran was about to go to war with Afghanistan in retaliation, but the Clinton administration implored them down to. If Iran did go to war with Afghanistan, 9/11 would never have happened.
Ironically, we'd be calling Iran terrorists yet again this time for defending themselves against Afghan terrorism.
