Actually, she filed to dismiss her case. The reason? She has immunity from prosecution while engaging in official actions of her position.

Why would she use that? Trump v. United States, 603 U.S. ___ (2024).

You know, the case where the Supreme Court said the President had immunity from prosecution while engaging in official business.
