"In this case, none I know"
I'm not trying to be insulting here, but imo that's the first truthful thing I've seen you post.
All of us... lefties, righties, centrists, libertarians, socialists, conservatives, liberals, etc., we all need to be able to admit when we don't know.
After that, you are tending to wander off, logically speaking. Because when you say things like this:
"In general (with all the stuff happening)
A lot"
All you're really doing is saying that you're going by your gut. Sometimes that works, but not when we're talking about tangible things, almost binary things such as being legal or illegal. So someone can't just say that people are being denied their rights, and then not be able to name even one.
It's credibility issue.
"I was trying to say: Democrats are..."
Okay, good stuff again. This line and your next two are common ground.
EXCEPT, when one is here illegally, they can be deported, legally, without a trial.
No one who is here illegally has to stand trial if they are charged with a crime. Just deport them, because their presence in this country is a crime. They are illegal. Deport them, and problem solved.
That's my logical position. The practical position is what Trump is doing, which is focusing on the worst of the worst. The illegals that Biden (had he actually cared about the people he was duty bound to protect) should never have let into the country.
I hope you understand that I believe with every ounce of my soul that even the most heinous of criminals who are US citizens, should get a fair trial. Why? Because the presumption of innocence requires it. It's in the Constitution. Illegals have no such Constitutional right.
"Tldr"
No such thing when we're having a reasonable conversation. I read, and thought about, everything you said. I don't agree with all of it, but we don't have to agree with each other. That's normal and healthy.
