Without consistency in application of beliefs, there is hypocrisy; and that's usually all the Demontards have.

Ahhh, here we have a perfect example. The left seems mighty big on due process when they're going OUT of the country, but for some strange reason, could not give a rat's rear about due process when they're coming IN to the country.
Almost seems... inconsistent.
Almost seems... like situational ethics.
Definitely seems like hypocrisy.
