Yes. The same should apply to school shooters as well. If one is convicted and has had 1 appeal and the conviction is up held, they should be immediately and publicly executed.
If we allow people to be executed,.we shpild not be so worried about "humane" the executions are. Less humane executions would probably make the death penalty a stronger deterrent.
