DEI lowers performance standards in aviation organizations to make way for diversity quotas. I've seen that happening. So deny it all you want, but your make-believe lib bubble world has nothing to do with reality.

So...hiring people who are not white and male means they are naturally not as good at the job? What is it about being white & male that makes someone a better pilot?

They are hiring to be less white and stuff yes

BUT- THEY ARE STILL QUALIFIED

These people still got the training

Still got the license

Still WORKED

That doesn't mean nobody who's a white guy won't get hired

They still will be

And dei isn't the problem, it was a air accident (whichever one)
Its like the following: air accidents will happen

Some will involve men, some women, that doesn't mean it was because of that fact, it could be because it was an air accident

You libs are HILARIOUS when you prove, beyond any doubt, you don't know what you're talking about!

The whole point of DEI is to put people into jobs they're not qualified for, or don't have the ability to perform to standard.

Licenses and certifications mean nothing in a DEI organization, because the people filling DEI quotas don't have to perform to standard. I've seen it time and again. The designated members of the DEI crowd are pushed through, no matter how much standards have to be lowered.

Which, in aviation, endangers everyone.

And have a think about this: there are plenty of job openings, all through aviation. If someone can perform to standard, they get the job, and they hold the job, DEI NOT NEEDED!

No shut up and actually listen to me for ONCE DEI was never about hiring the black over the white or girl over the boy. It was making sure when they did hire the girl over the boy they were payed fairly, for the same benefits ect ect

They went to aviation school

They got the license

They put in so many hours before they flew a plane with actual civilians in it.

They still had the same training as a man or a girl or a black or a white.

This was an accident and partly due to aviation workers being fired.
