The Department of Labor “must embed equity in a sustainable manner that recognizes the multiple and overlapping identities held by workers.”

The Political Left is enraged at the people exposing this ideologically based corruption and waste of taxpayers' money rather than being enraged at the corrupt politicians who wasted all that money. Says everything about them that matters.

Let’s not forget that news agencies and internet sites in general ALWAYS tell the absolute truth. I mean, nobody is allowed to post or publish something that isn’t true on the internet.

But they never stopped taking out of your paycheck every week.

Social Security was designed as a safety net for the elderly and those unable to work, but it has evolved into a permanent program due to its critical role in providing financial support to millions of Americans. While it was initially intended to address immediate economic insecurity, its ongoing necessity has led to its establishment as a long-term program.

True. Once the government got used to that extra money being there they decided to keep it going. A government program is the nearest thing to eternal life this side of the grave you’ll find. But I would much prefer to invest the money myself in a private retirement fund. Sure, I may lose it in a bad investment, but that’s on me and is that worse than the certainty that the government will lose it?

Millions probably feel the same as you. All they had to do was add an "opt-out" feature. But they never did.

When it first began people could opt out as conscientious objectors to it, but that ended after a while and it became mandatory for all children to be enrolled in it from the age of five, and then to immediately after birth. I know some people personally who applied for exemptions and were refused and were forced into it. This is because it is actually a tax rather than a savings program like it was described when it began. Now there is no opt-out and never will be one.
