I guess Trump was trying to tear up the constitution when Obama spied on him in Trump Tower, or when HRC paid for the fake Russian dossier, or when Biden's Sec State Anthony Blinken coordinated having 51 intelligence "experts" lie and say that Hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation.

For a party that hates the constitution, your guys sure do like to trot it out when they think they can use it to achieve unconstitutional aims. Particularly against Trump. TDS...
