How many deceased individuals do you think there are that receive social security checks?
Millions?
Thousands?
Hundreds?
None?
I think the amount would be expressed in the hundreds of thousands at a minimum, low millions possibly.
It is an ~85 year old system that hundreds of millions of Americans have contribute to each of those 85 years and millions of Americans are able to draw from each of those years.
Even if not outright fraud, it is failed stewardship of the people's fund.
