Oh absolutely the UMC too. I went to one for about 7mo in the early 2010s and the weekly social justice lectures were insufferable. Never a thing about Scripture, and eventually I found out why. The pastor started extolling the wonders of The Westar Institute and The Jesus Seminar. I left and never looked back.
