You mean like the 14th Amendment Section 3 which said no one who commits treason can run for office but then they said that only applies to former Confederate generals who were running for local dog catcher or something like silly that? - They literally said this. And then that was the end of that.

Birthright citizenship originally was intended to apply to former slaves. In 1866. It didn't apply to Native Americans in till 1924. Trump & Co already citing this. IN the 1930s, loads of Mexicans - and Mexican-Americans with US citizenship - were kicked out of the USA.
