We need to be a lot tougher on crime. For example, right now criminals have to be 18 to be eligible for the death penalty. We need to lower that age to 13.

People say the death penalty doesn't derer crime, but I disagree. China uses the death penalty more frequently than the United States and crime is notably lower there. If 13 year-old murderers could get the death penalty in the United States, we wouldn't be having all these school shootings.
