The House of Representatives sends "Articles of Impeachment" to the Senate. THAT DOES NOT MEAN IMPEACHMENT!! The Senate then reviews the accusations and evidence, then votes for Impeachment. With Trump, both times the Senate (including Democrats) voted "NO" on Trump's impeachment.
