Generally they be called Wasian or Hapa. Note that some Asian cultures tend to be racist toward such groups and mixed Asians may play white to prevent discrimination from whites as well.

It's called passing, some minorities can so so do to natural variance of traits. It's more common where racism is stronger. I've heard of one Asian that managed to pretend to be black to get into college.
