Everybody, because the crossdresser would announce it in their self aggrandizing virtue signaling attention seeking.

"Transmen" (whom we rarely hear of or from) are not men.

They are crossdressers at best, even if undergo body modification, take hormones, use a weird voice affectation, try to force their way into the opposite gender's restroom where they are not wanted.

You call it "hostility" because YOU are not "just letting people be who they want to be".

Not one male/man has ever "transformed" into a female/woman.

They merely put on a costume and demanded you call them xem/xir or some similar silliness.

There are no "trans" people.

Only people struggling with their sexuality and grasping at straws in their attempt to cope.

Participating in the delusion does the affected, afflicted, individual harm.

You would do them a better service by saying, "you're gay and that's okay, now get out of the ladies room".

I don't think it's hostility as much as it is trying not to offend a trans person, or being forced in to accepting something that makes little to no sense. I guess it's ok for a man to put on a summer dress and go shopping for them, it should be ok for me to think it's totally weird, disgusting for onlookers and inappropriate to dress in such a way. I just don't understand gender dismorphia and why it's not considered body dismorphia, and treated as such by mental health professionals.

The fad version of the mental illness does not stem from dysmorphia or dysphoria.

It is utilized as a coping mechanism for homosexuality in teens.

If they are in the wrong body, they are not gay, is their thinking.

Those around them are too busy trying to grasp the idea that someone could be in the wrong body to realize their loved one is homosexual.

The constant nagging to be recognized as the opposite gender is meant to force agreement, thus reinforcing their delusion.

In young children it is the manifestation of the parent(s) psychological illness and attention seeking behavior.

You do not help delusional people by participating in their delusion...unless you hate them.
