I think that after the other Democrats replaced Biden, he became resentful. So despite the fact that Biden doesn't agree with Trump politically, I think he wants to give the Democratic party an F-U before he leaves office, so to speak.
It was pretty obvious when Joe was on the campaign in 2020 that he was declining rapidly. So who is dumber? Biden or those who voted for someone so obviously incompetent?
