I like Dan Bongino‘s suggestion. He said he would personally buy them a one-way ticket to another country as long as it was at least 10 to 12 time zones away. He would also send along a personal assistant to help them pack their bags, etc. The only catch, of course, is that it would be a one-way ticket!
