This is my first time looking at this stream and I agree pretty much all the content is made by 4 year olds.

If you're the sole owner the best you can do is kill the stream, but you can't get rid of the body. Streams with 10 or more followers can only be deleted by global mods. All a dead stream means is no one can add/remove moderators or change the rules or description. There are lots of dead streams on imgflip. Hell, the whole platform is dying.

Although, if you punted all the moderators too...then the stream is an archive/glorified message board/warning to others. Not sure whether it's warning against crossing you or trusting you in the first place, but it's warning against something.
