Do not forget, 0 missions. Yet they have the audacity to talk bad about churches.

They only go to other countries to whine that they aren't sufficiently inclusive

Whilst it is important to recognise the help some religious institutions help out.
Your also treating lgbt as if its an organisation hate to break it to you it isn't gonna work they way you think it is.
Same for BLM that's a movement not an organisation.
Climate activists well lesse again activism not organisation your being too broad.
Planned parenthood no what I'm not even gonna carry on with this at this point.
0 ups, 2mo
BLM made billions in donations, someone is ranking in cash. Climate activists rather sit at home and cry online then actually get out and help those in need from disaters, it is wayy easier to be a social justice warrior than to actually lend a hand. Planned parenthood should be opening facilities in the areas to help injured women and make sure they are gettign everything they need. See, they could help.. but don't .

All of those groups only serve to make things worse

yup your right, maybe it is better they stay away.

My point is , the same people help all the time and the same people don't.

Again, because that’s their mission, and it doesn’t concern other groups that have limited time and resources to deal with the problems they set out to solve. Would you shun a general store owner for not giving you advice for your stock portfolio while he’s on the clock?

Its all our mission to help each other in times of need and disaster, these organizations have million of dollars , BLM ranked in Billions, Left wingers only help their self. They can't even comprehend helping someone else. I would shun a general store if my city block got wiped out and he didn't give me a blanket.

Comprehend helping someone else? Need I remind you which side of the aisle is against codifying marriage equality? Or aiding countries being invaded? Or guaranteeing healthcare access to all citizens? Or guaranteeing workers rights to fair wage and job? Heck, the right even has a record of rolling back child labor laws! Just look at Arkansas.

I say those all count as helping someone else in need. And for the record, Christian doesn’t mean right wing, no matter what any zealot will tell you. Heck, I’m a Christian and I’m left wing. Do I agree with everything they do? Far from it. But I believe their policies help the most people live happier lives, even if they anger a few. I see very little compassion in the zero sum game policies of the GOP.

we are talking about two different things, you are talking about party policy and I am talking about individuals. We can cheery pick bad policies from either party that can make either one look like the bad guy, but when ti comes to feet on the ground, you'll never see a left winger, you'll never see a left winger at a soup kitchen volunteering their time, You'll never see BLm stop for a moment and make sure a young black kid has a ride to school, The poeple that put their selves in the mix to actually help people , not post online and bitch and cry about party policy but actually use their own hands to help.. they are almost exclusively religious conservatives.

I don’t think you could be farther from the truth. I’d say amongst community volunteers you’d see roughly an even split. After all, being a good person is based on neither political nor religious background

I wish you were right. Also the term "good person" is subjective, good and evil are only words, it is what a person does that matters.

Even then, Bad people can do good things, and good people can do bad things
2 ups, 2mo
Exactly, good and bad are subjective . It is what we do that matters.

do you support abortion?

No, but I find it necessary to research alternative solutions that let women make their own decisions about their bodies that still let the baby live

how do you justify voting for a party that believes in no restrictions to abortion?

Because I’m not a single issue voter, that’s why. I’m not gonna let a party control my vote so easily

That does not mean that sins are equal in severity.

And deporting illegal immigrants is an enforcement of the law, not mistreatment
0 ups, 2mo
I agree, opening the border was an utterly catastrophic mistake. Take it up with the current administration.
0 ups, 2mo
Look at the numbers of people that became victims of rape, murder, robbery, and trafficking from being lured from their homes to enter America illegally. Hundreds of thousands.

Allowing, actually promoting these "caravans" of immigrants, was immoral and demonstrated reckless disregard for human life.

Where are the 320,000 children?

that doesn't negate the fact that you're voting for unrestricted abortion
0 ups, 2mo
Less than 5% of abortions are due to health risk, rape, or incest. The remaining 95% are recreational
0 ups, 2mo
You are 100% correct!

The ~90+ percent of baby murders are recreational.

Not based on anything but "I don't want this thing".

Both party platforms advocate for sin in some way, shape or form. And all sin is equal under the eyes of God.

So I’d love to hear how you justify voting for the sins of the Republican Party

Why do you allow a party easily control your emotions?

Abortion is murder.
1 up, 2mo
the vast majority of abortions are not performed in life-or-death situations
0 ups, 2mo
Sounds like projection. I control my own emotions.

Laws that prevent doctors from saving a mother’s life is murder.

Not all sins are equal. There are venial sins (lying, theft, etc.) and mortal sins (murder, adultery, etc.)
What are the sins of the Republican party?
0 ups, 2mo
Yes, are sins are equal, as the wages of all sin, no matter how small they may seem, is death.

As for the sins of the Republican Party, read Leviticus 19:33-34 for starters
