Regarding the killer, I don't recall the specifics of what happened with him. So I would hope (since with Kommie it's never safe to assume) that this particular multi-murderer would STILL be in prison.

With Kommie-LA as DA and then AG of Taxifornia, nothing that seems like it should be certain can be considered certain. So he may be out on the streets as I type.

And full disclosure (something the socialist /libs / dems here on the mighty imgflip NEVER say or do...) the article mentioned that as DA, Kommie-LA did not seek the death penalty for anyone convicted of a capital crime. So to her, this particular multiple murderer was nothing special.

But more to the point, she's been soft on crime since her days as the San Francisco DA, which cannot be considered shocking.
