No, they absolutely did not - Barr spread that lie before the report was released, but Mueller made it very clear Trump was protected by his office, not innocent.

Also, the Senate GOP report made it abundantly clear that there -was- Trump/Russia collusion and that dozens in his inner circle were being directly groomed and manipulated by Russian intelligence.

I’m not sure about that, though. I’m a former Democrat, the party isn’t *that* bad but I feel like the moderates in that party have become pariahs.
