Nope. Inflation happens immediately. It doesn't wait until the next guy is in office. And you can track it. Inflation started immediately after Biden was election. It isn't Trump's fault, it isn't the Pandemic's fault. It is all Biden's fault. Inflation is caused by government policy regarding money printing and for no other reason.

Trump didn't get to enact his tariffs. Tariffs do have a negative effect on the economy but it's not inflation. Tariffs act just like taxes because that is exactly what they are. Democrats love to raise taxes and at least they are right out in the open about it. But a tariff is a tax that is hidden in the cost of specific imported goods. A tariff has to be written for a specific product, not just a blanket tariff like you assumed. This is why Trump couldn't get his tariffs enacted. He wanted to do a blanket tariff on all Chinese goods.

Trump's tariffs are one of the things that I hugely disagreed with him. The other thing I didn't like about Trump is he spent money just like a Democrat.

...which would've required a passport to register to vote. Considering only about half of US has a passport, this appears to be one more thing republicans are trying to do to make it more difficult to vote.
