BREAKING: DOJ Chief of Public Affairs Admits Trump Indictments Are a Politically Motivated "Perversion of Justice"; Reveals Lawfare Involved in Making Former President a "Convicted Felon" Backfired on Democrats; Claims His Former Colleague Alvin Bragg's Case is "Nonsense" And Alleges He Was "Stacking Charges"

“He[Alvin Bragg] was just stacking charges and rearranging things just to make it fit a case.”

“I think the case is nonsense.”

“It’s a perversion of justice.”

“It’s a travesty of justice.”

“It’s a mockery of justice.”

“The whole thing is disgusting.”

“That’s why he’s[Trump] surging in the polls.”

LOL, now you're too embarrassed to admit you're copying and pasting Crowder, eh?

I'll withhold comments about drinking propaganda out of open sewers since your moderator girlfriends keep deleting my posts and banning me whenever I mention it.

Facts are facts bro. Doesn't matter who said them.

But there are no facts in here - just the poorly-aged opinion of one guy whose office failed to prosecute the same case in which Trump was unanimously found guilty by a jury of his peers of 34 felonies.

No sorry. The charges were passed the statute of limitations. When it gets appealed to a sane court it will immediately be thrown out.

No it won't - these charges weren't beyond the statute of limitations because New York law stops the clock when a criminal leaves the state (because so many have done exactly that).

Trump spending the vast majority of his time between DC and Florida since he committed his felonies to affect the outcome of the 2016 election means the clock on those offenses has effectively been stuck in the first year.

Doesn't matter, stopping the clock is illegal. Also if a crime is committed in one state they can be arrested in another and then extradited back to the original state. When a sane court sees these cases they will get thrown out.

That's ridiculously false - tolling of statutes of limitations has been addressed judicially several times, and has never been called into account constitutionally.

Statutes of limitations are themselves state constructs, why would suspending them when a criminal is avoiding accountability present any kind of issue?

Because the charges were never brought, meaning he was never charged. That's the least of the issues, when the judge sees the actual actual charges and the evidence it'll still be dismissed as the evidence doesn't fit the crime.

A judge did.

The Democratic Party is a political party, it isn't a court.

Trump has had to go through 4095 lawsuits in his life going back to 1973. Not like this is something new.

The statutes of limitations in New York are paused when a criminal flees the state to avoid accountability - Trump committed his crimes in 2016 while running for President, and has spent little time in the state since that election, having moved to Florida while in the White House.

Trump couldn't be prosecuted when he committed the crimes because he was the President, and you can't investigate those unless you're Congress apparently.

Trump is guilty.

The charges -were- brought though, and he was convicted of 34 felony counts
0 ups, 1mo
Yes, they were brought years after they were out of date. Years after they supposedly happened. There's only 2 things that could happen, either Trump is guilty and the dem party didn't prosecute when he did the crimes, thus breaking the law, or they are not legitimate crimes and it's political persecution. There's no two ways about it.

Opinions are not facts.
0 ups, 2mo
Correct, facts are facts.
But in order for facts to be facts, they actually have to be facts, and not lines from a quasi op-ed piece masquerading as an imitation news story.
