Fair share means everyone pays the same percentage of their income. Not the graduated rates we have now where the wealthiest pay the highest percentage.

People pay a percentage of what they earn. Earnings are calculated based on their actual earnings minus any deductions they are allowed to make by law such as contributions to a pension plan or losses and some countries give a personal exemption to everyone including their spouses if they are not working and earning. Most countries are similar but the implementation may vary. WTF is wrong with people not understanding this basic concept?
