Actually, this is just ONE side of the flyover. The other one is yet to be built and the flyover on the left has another support beam to support the one being built (one in the middle). That way, there will be no more unbalanced physics to worry about.

This is actually correct, most likely they have yet to built the right half yet.
There is absolutely zero chance that this could be done on accident
