Yes, he was acquitted -which I pointed out several comments ago. Oh... right... the self-admonishment about paying attention to detail. Looks like you finally answered my question about whether you take your own advice.
As I'm aware of how certain substance abuse issues can cause memory problems, here's a reminder:

Okaaaay, it's time to stay off the pipe & pay attention to detail. LEARN some self control.

That's a good self-admonishment but will you actually pay attention to yourself?

I've had my sh*t together for a long time. I meant "you" as in everyone it applies to. Not you personally. Don't be so Defensive.
Even tho you are TRYING to be all snarky with your comments to some of these other posters. 🤔
And since you apparently didn't take your own advice on that score, I'm obligated, as a concerned individual, to ask: you uh... you secretly still on the pipe there, bud? Just askin'
Moving on...
"He was employed as security by the owners of the property."
Nope. Not sure where you got that but it's false. If you read it somewhere, you should probably put that source on your personal blacklist. Of course, from where I sit, I have to take into consideration there's no guarantee you read that anywhere -which swings things around to my next point...
Of paramount interest to me is that you're attempting to narratively characterize a flat, by the book description of how SYG laws in general, FL's SYG law specifically works as "twisting." I mean... there's nothing in my comment that isn't 100% factually accurate, true to the details of the case and yet, you're demonstratedly operating on some imaginary scenario you've ginned up wherein I've said something I didn't. I mean... to put it flatly, what's there is there and what you imagine is there is on you. No offense, but that really tends to speak volumes about your grasp of reality and/or your claims of "I've had my sh*t together for a long time" vis-a-vis the aforementioned pipe issue. Or maybe lay off the blunts? Just sayin'
