I have to deal with the state in regards to my disabled brother, every time I call Medicaid IL, I get a DEI hiree, 99% of the time female, can barely speak the english language, and absolutely worthless, can't do the simplest thing, I do all the leg work , all the faxing of information, all the phone calls .. and they still can't do their job. But they are getting highly paid with taxes bled from me.
