Yep, you're right. The dump-Biden Dems, by the way, are hypocritical for demanding his withdrawal from the race but not his resignation from office. If they think he's unfit to be a candidate -- despite winning 14 million votes in the Dem primaries (hey, what happened to "democracy is on the ballot"?), then he's unfit to be president right now.
