You're burning a straw man -- "existing anywhere" is not the issue. Men/boys trying to pass as biological females shouldn't participate in women's/girls competitive sports. Males' biological advantage is obvious in key categories (skeletal structure, muscle mass/strength, and cardio capacity. That's why I call it an (unfair) intrusion on bona fide female competitive sports.
Skin color shouldn't be relevant, but Gayle King of CBS expressed shock that the lone holdout was a black man. That's the old liberal stereotype that blacks should think and act a certain way, and it probably explains why some of the nine white women (Karens?) gave Desronvil such a hard time for not towing the liberal line.
