Except they aren't. Go to literally any country in the world where the language has pronouns, and people will tell you what pronouns apply to them if you don't know, or get it wrong.
if you're talking about gendered language, no, they don't. German has masculine and feminine and neutral. And in some languages, certain words which are gender specific in English are gender neutral.
How do you know what reality is? All you know is what you assume when you look at somebody. If you look at somebody and they look Hispanic to you, but they're actually not, are you just going to call them Hispanic because you think they look that way?
