Maybe Dems are the worst offenders, but Republicans can spend money too. Republicans tend to spend too much money and then blame it on the Dems. Uniparty has got to go. They are killing us.

It’s time to hold ALL of Congress and 1600 Pennsylvania Ave accountable for deficit spending.
Re-elect no one who does not balance the budget.
Vote them out in the primaries.

What gets me is that the Political Left increased the national debt to 34 trillion dollars during Joe Biden first term, sinking every citizen 100,000 dollars into lifetime debt as a result.

Simultaneously Bidenomics wrecked the national economy by printing a massive inflationary amount of money and yet the Dem Party's leadership and their elites STILL want to massively increase the federal income tax rates on -- of course -- the middle class.

No one will ever tax the rich. They are the rich. The middle class pays for everything.

Yep; but there is also a point of practicality. After Great Britain taxed their wealthy beyond the point of sanity those wrights pulled up stakes and took their money and the job opportunities they had created, elsewhere. Margarette Thatcher had to point out to the citizens and government that killing the golden goose is short-sighted. Too high of a 'wealth tax' cause the wealthy to flee to less taxing -- ha! -- environs.

Have an uncle, that when Fidel Castro was still new Cuban leader, he build his own farm with chickens, ducks, rabbits and vegetables. So he and his family lived well above average and never lacked food. That lasted until hungry people started breaking into his farm and stealing his food. Then he sold his classic Pontiac to a Russian tourist and paid his trip to US.
