No, crooked would be the three that are being held up for the phoniest reasons - THE three cases, btw, that really matter (the classified documents case, the Georgia asking for 11,780 fake votes case, and the January 6th Capitol Hill Riot/insurrection case).

They matter most in terms of most likely to impact the voting public, and they matter because, quite frankly, it's going to be really hard to justify not putting Trump in prison for at least two of them, which of course, is never going to happen.

Sure, with the documents one, it'll be ye olde standard "Trump was too stupid and old to know what he was doing when he did it" defense, but attempting to overturn an election and hijack the government of the United States of America? That's won't be exactly attributable to having one functioning brain cell left in his otherwise empty head.
