It's almost as if he thinks you can't hide you identity by wearing hats, sunglasses, dying your hair, or changing up your style. Can't hide bombs in a big coat, a brief case, or a backpack. Nope. You can ONLY do that with a burqa!
Btw when it comes to verifying photo ID I think an acceptable solution is escorting them to a private room where a female officer can compare the picture on their ID with their face.
