Regarding the documents the reason Trump got prosecuted because when Biden was asked to give them back he did. When Trump was asked he said no. Then gave back some and lied that he’d handed them over. Then refused to give the rest back when the fbi found out he was lying which lead to them raiding his home.

Only to find out later EVEN MORE documents allegedly were in a hidden room Trump didn’t even tell his lawyers about and had their locks changed when the fbi came.

One little detail you missed... Biden didn't have the authority.... Trump did... he was President.
