Well, that would be my little siblings, so... yeah

ohoho, believe me, they are the most annoying little shits on the planet. I teach TKD and I have a class of just Gen Alpha 8-to-12 year olds; the amount of times I have just been told 'no' aren't even countable.
So what do I do?
I make them run around the dojang for 5 minutes at the start of class, occasionally telling them to stop and do 15 push ups

that is a good thing to do. it's not the kids' faults tho, it's the parents'. they need to start raising their kids better
