Y'all forgetting that Jolteon gets Dig because of Eevee and he outspeeds. Even with a 173 bst for Sp.Atk Jolteon a Sp.Def of 95 while Xurkitree has 71 in both defenses and is way slower.
Yeah maybe thier like a space time distortion area where both mons exist at the same time (because well my region is like 300 years in the past but their are also ultra wormholes that go between time and space)
