As President, and the only one entitled to have, hold and declassify classified documents, the armed, media-covered raid on his house into such crevices as his wife's panty drawer and his son's toy box was superfluous. But the email found on Hillary's server was a clear violation of the law. The only person allowed to have classified documents outside of a government facility is the president and no other.

Hillary had several on her own private email server. Who had she been sending them to and why. Why is it when she got caught she destroyed several hard drives that would have further implicated her.

You see, this is the big difference between Hillary, Biden and Trump. Hillary and Biden were not the president when they were found with classified documents outside of any government facility. Trump was president when he declassified (which is the right of the president) and moved them to Mara Lago. Trump did not violate the law but Hillary and Biden did. And they committed a felony.

I don't where you've been with the news on Hunter Biden and cocaine.

Hillary having a private email server was not illegal. Some of the emails on the server were later re-classified as secret or confidential. At the time when she was receiving and sending emails on that sever, it was not illegal and they weren't classified.

To make an accurate analogy; imagine that you get a ticket in the mail for doing 45 in a school zone. But you haven't driven on that road for over a year. And when you did drive on that road, doing 45 MPH, there wasn't a school and there wasn't a school zone.

Biden doesn't own the White House. It's not his. Cocaine was found at the White House. Not his house.

As to Trump & the documents. Everyone agrees that a sitting President has the right/ability to declassify material. No one is arguing that. However, Presidents don't have magical mind powers that can declassify documents with just a thought and without notifying specific departments within the government. There's a whole big process they have to follow. Those documents weren't declassified.

But even if they were declassified, a former President doesn't get to keep them. The Presidential Records Act clearly defines what's a government document and what's a personal document. Declassified government documents are still government documents. Ex-Presidents don't get to keep them at their house.

The difference between Biden & Pence and Trump, is that Biden & Pence both discovered the documents and alerted the government about them. Then they returned them. Trump was told by the Government they knew he had documents and had to return them. He lied and said he didn't have any. Then he admitted he had some, and returned them. Then the FBI raided his house and turns out he had 100s.

Do you see the difference between those two situations?

Yes but that does not excuse all of the emails that were classified when they were found on her server. She purposely had the headers and the classification ID's removed from the documents before she copied them.

And, yes, they were classified at the time she had them on her server. Just because all of the liberal press found a few emails that had been declassified and were later reclassified does not mean that she had several OTHER documents that were classified at the time.

Look this is not the first time the Clintons removed illegally removed classified documents. They sent Sandy Berger into the National Archives to have him stuff his pants with classified documents.

Not related. The most accurate analogy is that Hillary was caught speeding in a school zone but never given a ticket because she is a Democrat and Democrat literally get away with murder. Trump did not violate the law. It was a bogus indictment in series of desperate attempts to find anything they can to put him in prison over. They are even trying to charge him with crimes that for everyone else are misdemeanors but they are trying to turn them in to felonies. Hey... I know... let's change the subject away from Hillary and Biden's clear violation of the law and focus exclusively on Trump who's violation is questionable. I don't know if Trump declassified the documents or not. I don't know if once a president has taken documents home, if he is required to return them after he is no longer president. I would imagine it depends on what kinds of classified documents he took home. If it just pertained to his president and not foreign affairs then perhaps those documents are allowable.

However, Neither Hillary or Biden were president when they removed classified documents from the Archives. That alone is a felony. There is just no getting around that. You cannot rationalize them away by trying to say that some of Hillary's documents were declassified and later reclassified but that is not the problem. The felony is the classified documents found on her mail server. A server that has been hacked at least once.

Biden stored those documents in his garage. The garage he was renting out to his crackhead son, Hunter. And if Biden is too incompetent to serve trial for illegally possessing those documents then what is he doing being our president. And the scarier part is if Biden has the 25th amendment used on him, we'll be stuck with Harris. Biden is clearly suffering from Dementia but Harris is just a bimbo.
