Stop telling Dem Party voters the truth . . . because they hate that. I believe it was Ronald Reagan who pointed out that to anger a conservative, tell him a lie; but to anger a liberal tell him, her, or gender alternative, the truth.

Like most conservatives, I just wanted to be left alone to live my life. Dems declared us all to be their enemies and now whine because we stand united against them. Numerous housing markets around the country are seeing a rapid rise in home inventory.

Meanwhile, they're also seeing a rapid decline in home prices.

So why are people putting their homes up for sale and cutting the price? Are they anxious to purchase another home because the economy is so good?

Considering that the 30 year fixed mortgage rate is 7%, it's hard to imagine that people are looking to give up their current rate and jump into a higher rate.

Then why are they so anxious to sell?
