No arrests for insurrection, no convictions for insurrection, court cases for insurrection. So how did President Trump become an insurrectionist? Corrupt judges.

Yes, the corrupt judges on the SCOTUS!

Meanwhile everyone -- EXCEPT apparently leftists -- knows that Trump has not been found guilty of fomenting insurrection. So in other words Illinois is a leftist controlled state practicing election interference for the benefit of the Dem Party.

He hasn't been found guilty YET because the stacked SCOTUS has delayed his trial.

So the actual Rule of Law is irrelevant as well as the U.S. Constitution in the face of the political Left's NEED to eliminate Trump as Biden's opponent at any and all costs?

Was Trump charged with insurrection?

Convicted in court of insurrection?

Or is the Orange Man left off the Illinois ballot merely on accusations and acquitted impeachments ?

It’s good to see my birth state enforcing the fourteenth amendment.

God speed my fellow FIBs.

Now if you could get them to do something about the real crimes being committed in that sewer

That would require actual work they are not equipped to do. It’s easier to just be another sheep in the flock

Insurrection is a real crime. Hence the 14th amendment banning people from office who support them. So mission accomplished?

So in your mind he’s guilty even though he hasn’t been convicted…
I really hope you never serve on any jury with that mindset

If letters were enough in the civil war then his tweets, eye witness account from his staffers and video is more then enough.

Oh also forgot to mention this part trump in his court filings has never argued he didn’t perform the act.

Rather he’s argued he had presidential immunity from prosecution while doing it.

Libs believe all conservatives are guilty, period.

He's never been charged... let alone convicted... that's why they had to hide his social media comments from Jan 6

His tweets were hidden or deleted by Twitter because he violated their TOS and Twitter didn’t want to be associated with supporting attack on our capitol.

And while he had repeatedly violated TOS before without it being enforced. They made the calculation that allowing those tweets to remain could make them look complicit in the attack and look like traitors.
