That being said, yes, it's more unhealthy to be obese. And yes, they also used to say it was more healthy to smoke (although there wasn't enough evidence at the time to say cigarettes were bad for you, but I will say they should've instead said it didn't do anything for your health because there was no evidence to the contrary either, but you know, the tobacco industry was a billion dollar industry, so they didn't want to go against their lawyers, I guess. I dunno)
